奇正消痛贴治疗急性软组织损伤实验研究

EMPIRICAL STUDY ON QIZHENGXIAOTONGTIE TO CURE ACUTE SOFT TISSUE INJURY

目的:为探讨奇正消痛贴对动物急性软组织损伤的治疗作用及可能机制。方法:制备大鼠软组织损伤模型,造模后分组并给药。动态测定大鼠损伤症侯指数、血浆黏度、组织学及形态计量学指标,同时测定血浆IL-1β水平的改变。结果:奇正消痛贴对急性软组织损伤动物模型有良好的恢复作用,给药组在损伤症侯指数、血浆黏度、组织学恢复方面优于模型对照组,奇正消痛贴可使模型过高的血浆IL-1β水平降低。结论:奇正消痛贴具有改变急性软组织损伤症侯作用,该作用与其改善血液黏度、改善微循环和降低炎症介质IL-1β释放有关。

Objective:To approach the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of QIZHENGXIAOTONGTIE (QZXTT,a TCM composition) to cure acute soft tissue injury of animal.Methods:Models of soft tissue injury on rats were made,then they were divided into groups and given for drugs.Such dynamic items as index numbers of injury symptoms,blood plasma viscosity and indicatrix of histological anatomy and morphometry were determined,and horizontal changes of interleukin-1 (IL-1) in blood plasma were marked.Result:QZXTT had favourable improvement on animal models of acute soft tissue injury,drug group was super to control group on index numbers of injury symptoms,blood plasma viscosity and histological anatomy recovery.QZXTT could depress the exorbitant levels of IL-βfor models.Conclusion:QZXTT had the action of changing symptoms in soft tissue injury,and might be concerned with it's improving blood viscosity,microcircuktion and depressing the release of IL-1β
