摘要
介绍华能玉环电厂1000MW超超临界机组凝结水泵应用高压变频调速技术的设计方案,分析了凝结水泵在三种流量调节方式下的能耗以及节能效果,得出一种可以快速计算水泵节能效果的公式,并应用该公式,以实际运行参数计算出应用变频调速方案的节能效果和经济效益。同时还探讨凝结水泵应用变频调速技术方案中需要提高和改进的方面。
The paper briefs the design scheme of high voltage frequency conversion speed control technology applied in the condensate pump of 1 000 MW ultra-super critical pressure unit in Huaneng Yuhnan power phnt,analyzes the energy consumption and energy-saving effect of condensate pump under three kinds flow regulation modes, with a fast energy-saving effect cal cuhtion formula of condensate pump obtained,and applying this formula,the energy-saving effect and economic benefit with the actual operation parameters,by using frequency conversion speed control scheme may be calculated. Meanwhile,the paper also approaches the matters needing raising and improvement in the frequency conversion speed control technology scheme of condensate pump.
