摘要
光纤复合架空相线(OPPC)的结构与光纤复合架空地线(OPGW)雷同,但从功能到应用环境却有原则区别,而且OPPC更适合于老线路换线工程。由于缺少相应的标准和规范,OPPC沿用了OPGW的结构设计方法,但简单套用是不够的,除了应该满足导线的一切性能外,OPPC还应该考虑与原有导线的配合。文章以35kV古交变电站—江湾变电站输电线路中的大截面OPPC换线工程为例,介绍了我国第一条大截面OPPC的结构设计、附件和施工安装情况及注意的问题。提出在OPPC结构设计中,必须计算并满足连续电流要求,满足在OPPC的塑蠕伸长和在最高工作温度下其弧垂与导线相配合。
The structure of OPPC is identical with OPGW, but it has principle difference from function to application environment seriousness and OPPC is better to use for retrofiring of old line. There is no corresponding standard and specification for OPPC, the structural design method has continued to use that of OPGW, but simple application mechanically is insufficient. Besides all performance that should be satisfied with the wire, OPPC should be still considered the coordination with original wire. The paper introduced the structure design, attachment, the condition of construction and installation and the noticed problems for the first 35 kV large section OPPC in China taken the retrofitting project of large section OPPC for 35 kV transmission line from Gujiao substation to Jiangwan substation as an example. It is presented that the structural design must be calculated and satisfied for the requirements of continuous current, creep extension of OPPC, and coordination of wire with the sag in highest working temperature.
