摘要
针对萧山天然气发电工程中余热锅炉P91弯头硬度偏低的问题,以硬度测试、机械性能试验、金相组织分析、化学元素分析等金相试验数据为基础,结合金相原理分析问题原因,并提出处理方案。
The hardness of P91 bends of heat recovery boiler in Xiaoshan Natural Gas Power Generation project was on the low side,in view of this problem,with the hardness testing,mechanical performance test,metallographic structure analysis,chemical element analysis etc. metallographic test data as base,combining with the metaUography principle,the paper analyzed the problem and put forward the handling scheme.
