在民族主义于社会主义社会中仍然存在的时代条件下,民族主义因素对新中国外交政策的实践发挥着重要作用。通过对新中国外交政策的演绎过程进行梳理,分析和探讨了民族主义因素在其形成和发展过程中的影响,并从中作出正确的价值判断,以求有裨益于我国当代外交政策的制定和实施。

Under the condition of nationalism still exists in socialistic society, nationalistic factors play the important roles in foreign policy of People＇ s Republic of China. By organizing the development process of foreign policy of People＇s Republic of China, analyzes and explores the impact of nationalistic factors, makes the correct value judgement, expects to benefit the formulation and implementation of contemporary foreign policy of our country.
