中国城市公共服务运营机制探析

随着中国经济社会的持续发展,如何适应和谐社会建设的要求,建立高效的"服务型政府",提升公共服务水平,满足社会对公共服务的需求,这是一个需要共同关注的问题。而目前我国的公共服务运营机制尚不健全,迫切需求从更具稳定性与规范性的城市公共服务运营机制入手,解析我国城市公共服务运营机制的现状及面临的挑战,以此来探索出适应我国国情、具有中国特色、多层次的公共服务供给营运机制。

With the continuous development of Chinese economy and society, how to meet the needs of harmonious society construction, build up service- oriented government with high efficiency, advance the public service level, meet the needs of society for public service has become a common problem need be paid attention. However, present opera- tion mechanism of public service in our country is not sound, need to take measures from more stable and normative operation mechanism of city＇ s public service, and analyze the situations and challenges, so as to find out multi - leveled operation mechanism of public service with Chinese characteristics, conforming to our country＇s situations.
