摘要
近年来银行对银行消费者任意增加收费、更改银行消费条款等侵犯银行消费者权益的事件不断发生,银行消费者权益保护引起社会各界的重视。但由于我国尚未明确规定银行消费者的法律地位,银行消费者的合法权益仍得不到明确的保护。通过对银行消费者的定义给予明确的阐述,分析了银行消费者的特征及其法律地位。
In recent years, the affairs that bank infringes bank customers' rights and interests such as increasing charge arbitrarily, changing consumption item and so on occur continually, protecting bank customers' rights and interests attracts the great attention of all sectors of society. But, because our country does not regulate definitely the legal status of bank customer, the legal rights and interests of bank customer does still not obtain protection. By explaining the definition of bank customer, analyzes his characteristics and legal status.
