States the necessity to develop examination paper analysis and intelligent evaluation system, introduces the designed function of system： taking difficulty, distinguishability, failure percentage and other factors as index, contrasting expert knowledge, analyzes and evaluates the examination questions; taking integrated difficulty, questions type structure, the consistency with teaching and other factors as index, combining expert knowledge, analyzes and evaluates the examination paper; by intelligent analysis method, with questions and examination paper analysis informa- tion, evaluates the questions and examination paper, analyzes the problems during examination and teaching as well as its cause, builds the examination paper information report and analysis report. At last, briefly introduces the implementation method and means.
