摘要
文章从档案价值鉴定贯穿整个档案管理工作的全过程,以及决定档案价值鉴定的重要因素—档案管理人员素质和档案价值鉴定的出发点三个方面论述档案价值鉴定是海事档案管理的关键。
In line with the original exposition in the three aspects such as archives value appraisal runs through the whole process of archives administration, the quality of archives administrators is the decisive factor in this process, and how to proceed from the process, the author clarifies in this article that archives value appraisal is the key link to administer the maritime archives.
