基于工作流挖掘的业务过程持续改进研究

Research on Business Process Continuous Improvement Based on Workflow Mining Technology

摘要 提出了基于工作流挖掘技术的业务过程持续改进框架,并分别从过程实例信息获取、过程执行性能分析、过程缺陷识别和过程改进方案生成等4个层面分析了其中的关键技术,最后开发了一套原型系统辅助该方法的实施。 It presents the research framework of business process continuous improvement based on workflow mining technology. And key techniques are digested from the four aspects, such as process information acquisition, process execution performance evaluation, process structural defects identification and process model regeneration. It develops the process improvement prototype system.
