摘要
碰撞检测是虚拟装配过程中的重要环节,其执行效率直接影响到装配仿真的真实感,现从3个层次对此问题展开了论述:通过扫描剪枝与装配关系相结合的方法得到包围盒相交的零件对;利用时空连续性减少包围盒的相交次数,加快了两零件之间的检测;提出了由于模型的近似表达而造成的虚假碰撞的排除方法。
Collision detection is one of the most important components in virtual assembly system and it seri- ously affects realistic feeling during the simulation. It presents the model to select the pairs of parts whose bounding boxes overlap using a kind of technique called "sweep and prune" combined with assembly tree structure, describes the process to reduce box - box tests by developing temporal and space coherence, proposes a method to eliminate the intersections introduced by proximity of the polygonal representation.
