摘要
基于多体系统理论,对数控机床运动结构进行了分析,建立了通用的数控机床空间误差补偿模型,提出了具有规范性和通用性的数控机床运动误差建模方法,并以五轴数控铣床为例,建立了机床的空间误差模型。
Based on the theory of multi - body system and combined with the movement form of CNC machine tool components, it derives a universal model of volumetric errors, presents a normative and general modeling method for CNC machine tools error. The application with an example shows the construction of volumetric errors model of 5 - axis milling machine.
