摘要
飞机结构布置与内部装载布置是飞机总体设计的重要环节,设计周期较长,而采用CATIA的二次开发技术可使飞机CAD模型快速生成从而有效解决该问题,缩短设计周期。以一个飞翼布局的无人飞机为例阐述了该方法。该方法有3个关键点:(1)飞机结构布置与内部装载布置的参数化描述;(2)结构件模板的设计;(3)内部装载干涉检查和位置调整算法。结果表明,所提出的方法能快速生成飞机结构布置与内部装载布置的CAD模型。
Rapid generation of CAD models of aircraft structural and internal layout will greatly reduce the time of preliminary aircraft design. This goal can be achieved by an approach using the API technique of the CAD software in CATIA. It uses an unmanned air vehicle with flying - wing configuration as a test example, pre- sents the three key elements of the approach: the parametric representation of the aircraft structural and internal layout; the model templates for structural elements; the clash check and position adjustment algorithm for internal layout. The results indicate that the approach is able to rapidly generate the CAD models of aircraft structural and internal layout.
