It discusses how to use ACARS packet data to acquire aircraft engine performance parameters. Based on the self - learning features ability of neural network, it builds a smart, objective and accurate model to forecast the aero - engine performance trends. It presents an artificial intelligence algorithm which uses the history of flight data to predict the future trend of the aero- engine performance parameters.
