摘要
介绍了LS25型水箱拉丝机组的总体结构,着重对箱体整体优化、主轴组件实现钢丝力学性能和表面质量提高、基于总线的变频调速集成控制系统、辅助机构结构创新等4个关键技术进行了研究,研究表明,其各项指标已达到国际先进水平。
It describes the structure of L825 water- box wiredrawing, shows the detail about the optimization of box part, the improvement of steel wire function and surface quality, the integration control system of busbased frequency conversion speed adjustment and other machinery. This project is very effective and can be widely applied.
