针对重载荷静压支承性能要求,重点对静压支承两种供油方式进行对比,并对两种供油方式的油膜刚度和承载能力进行了理论推导,应用Matlab软件对理论推导进行了分析,得出定量供油方式更加适合重载荷静压支承,为重载荷静压支承的设计与选择提供了理论依据。

Based on the performance requirements in the hydrostatic heavy loads bearing, it compares the two feed models for the hydrostatic bearing, derivates the oil film stiffness and load carrying capacity for these two oil supply forms. It simulates these theory models with Matlab. The results show that quantitative manner is more suitable for oil hydrostatic heavy loads bearing, and the method provides a theoretical basis for the design and selection of hydrostatic heavy loads bearing.
