摘要
以某袋装机械研制过程中的可靠度分配问题为例,探讨了层次分析法在机械可靠度分配领域中的应用。在建立了该袋装机械的层次结构分析模型的基础上,解算得到了恰当的分配权重,给各单元分配了合适的可靠度。结果证明,该方法科学合理、可操作性强,对实际的机械研制过程具有较强的指导意义。
Based on the some bag machinery, it studies the application of AHP in reliability allocation of machinery field, constructs the hierarchy model of the bag machinery. It presents a proper weight, allocates reliability to each unit. The results prove that this method is reasonable and feasible, can be used to design this machinery.
