制备了化学稳定性较强的以环氧树脂为成膜物质,以磷酸和丹宁酸为转化剂,以十二烷基磺酸钠为渗透剂,以磷酸锌为防锈颜料,并配合多种助剂、集稳定型、转化型、渗透型为一体的带锈钢铁涂料。涂料的各种性能均达到国家标准。该涂料耐候性好,施工方便,可在带锈的钢铁表面和潮湿的金属上面直接施工,且资源丰富,价格低廉,性能良好。

A rust-bearing steel coating with high chemical stability was prepared, which uses epoxy resin as binder, phosphoric and tannin acids as inversion agent, C12H25SO3 Na as wetting agent and zinc phos- phate as inhibitive pigment. This kind of coating possesses such qualities as stabilization, inversion and osmosis. The performances of the coating meet the demands of National Standard of China. With high- weatherability, abundant resources and low price, the coating can be coated onto the rust-bearing and wetted steel surface directly with high performance.
