灵龟八法开闭取穴时辰与主客取穴顺序针刺对晚孕大鼠血清雌二醇、孕酮、前列腺素的影响

Effects of acupuncture of"open-close"needling time and"host-guest"needling sequence according to eight methods of the intelligent turtle on serum Estradiol,Progesterone,6-Keton-Prostaglandin F_(1α) in the late pregnant rats

目的:观察灵龟八法采用不同取穴时辰与不同取穴顺序的针刺对晚孕大鼠内分泌的影响。方法:选怀孕大鼠,分为开主客组、开客主组、闭主客组、妊娠模型对照组,另设正常未孕对照组。按灵龟八法,开主客组、开客主组在"照海开穴"时辰,闭主客组在"非照海开穴"时辰,针刺照海穴、列缺穴各5min,再针刺合谷20min,之后针刺三阴交5min,以血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-K-PGF1α)含量为观察指标。结果:开主客组较正常未孕对照组P显著升高,开客主组较正常未孕对照组E2、P显著升高,闭主客组较正常未孕对照组E2、P、6-K-PGF1α显著升高(P<0.05)。妊娠模型对照组较正常未孕对照组E2、P、6-K-PGF1α显著升高(P<0.05),但3个针刺组较妊娠模型对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:灵龟八法"开穴"时辰、"主客"顺序取穴针刺,使内分泌朝有利于胚胎的方向调整趋势,这可能是由于经脉气血的盛衰与时间节律相关,通过针刺最佳协同发挥的主客二穴调整全身内分泌。

Objective： To observe the effects of endocrine mechanism on uterine contraction on late pregnancy rats by applying acupuncture on KI6 using ＂open-close＂ needling time and ＂host-guest＂ needling sequence according to eight methods of the intelligent turtle. Methods： 32 pregnant rats were divided into ＂open/host-guest＂group（OHG group）,＂open/guest-host＂ group（OGH group）,＂close/host-guest＂group（CHG group） and pregnant control group（PC group）. 8 healthy grown-up female rats were made into un-pregnant control group（UPC group）. Firstly, open KI6 time was calculated. OHG group and OGH group were needled during the KI6 open time but CHG group was needled during the KI6 close time. Host-acupoint KI6 and guest-acupoint LU7 were needled for 5 minutes separately. After this, LI4 was needled for 20 minutes and then SP6 for 5 minutes. The contents of serum Estradiol（E2）, Progesterone（P）, ThromboxanceB2（TXB2） and 6-Keton-ProstaglandinF1α（6-K-PGF1α） were measured. Results： Compared with UPC group, the contents of serum P in OHG group increased significantly（P〈0.05）. Compared with UPC group, the contents of serum E2, P in OGH group increased significantly（P〈0.05）. Compared with UPC group, the contents of serum E2, P, 6-K-PGF1α in CHG group increased significantly（P〈0.05）. The contents of serum E2, P, 6-K-PGF1α in PC group was significantly higher than that of UPC group（P〈0.05）. Whereas, compared with PC group, three acupuncture groups statistically showed no significant effect modification. Conclusion： The acupuncture of＂open-close＇needling time and＂host-guest＂needling sequence according to eight methods of the intelligent turtle can regulate the endocrinal system that the embryo to better stable position adjusts itself. It may be that the changes of the flow of vital energy and blood in the meridian pathways is related to circadian rhythms, and the endocrinal system can be related effectively by stimulating the best coordinate＂host-guest＂acupoints.
