摘要
锚杆锚固技术在岩土工程界应用广泛,传统的静载荷拉拔试验检测是一种破坏性方法,难以满足工程实际进行大面积锚杆检测的需要,而应力波反射法这种动力测试方法既简便经济又迅速可靠,不会对锚杆产生破坏作用,具备较高的工程效益.依据桩基动测原理,利用ZK-7E智能测桩仪对某工程中试验锚杆进行无损检测,通过对实测波形分析,得出缺陷位置与预设情况一致,说明该方法具有准确性和可行性,值得推广应用.
Anchor bolt technology is widely used in geotechnical engineering, traditional static load test is a destructive method, therefore, it is difficult to satisfy the practical requirement for large area bolt testing. The stress wave reflection is a convenient, quick, reliable and economic dynamic testing method, it will not damage the bolt. Based on pile dynamic testing principles, ZK-7E intelligent measuring instrument was employed to carry on non-destructive inspection on anchors. The measured waveform analysis verified the corresponding coincidence between the true defect position and preinstall situation. It indicates that the present method is accurate and feasible, and is worthy of popularization and application.
