摘要
ASTEC双滚筒连续式沥青拌和机生产效率高,节约能源.但使用时若调试不当,会出现较大的计量误差,混合料中沥青含量偏差超过0.3%,严重影响混合料质量.通过论述ASTEC双滚筒连续式沥青拌和机产生计量误差、影响沥青含量的主要因素,通过对各骨料仓流量、沥青流量等进行空载校准,消除各系统偏差;实施生产调试和因子修正,提高骨料流量的稳定性等一系列措施,使设备的计量精度大大提高,系统误差得到修正.沥青含量偏差达到0.2%以下,沥青混合料的质量达到了高等级公路施工的要求.
The bituminous concrete mixing machine ASTEC (double rollers, continuous mixing) which is advanced in working process has high value for its high efficiency and saving energy. We must use the machine correctly. If it is adjusted in disorder, the bigger measurement difference will occur. This can affect the quality of products seriously. This paper analyzes why the measurement difference occurs and corrects the measurement difference by adopting empty adjustment, loading adjustment and correcting the coefficients, etc. At last, the difference of bitumen content is below 0. 2%. The accuracy of measurement of ASTEC and the quality of products are improved greatly. The best property of ASTEC can be presented in construction.
