摘要
TBM底吹脱磷工艺是包钢2005年引进德国KUTTNER公司先进的炼钢技术,采用该工艺可进行钢液深度脱磷,并可提高钢水终点碳和温度的命中率,降低渣中全铁含量,降低造渣剂和合金的消耗。该工艺应用于冶金工业中可为冶炼高纯净钢开辟一条崭新的路径,是一个十分有前途的研究领域。
TBM is an advanced technology imported from KUTTNER company. It can dephosphorize deeply and increase the hit-rate of final - carbon content and temperature in steel, deerease the total - ferro content in slag and consumption of slagging material and alloy. The process supplies a new idea for making high - purity steel in metallurgy industry, it is an improving study field.
