摘要
目的探讨团体心理辅导促进高校贫困生心理健康的效果。方法同时对2所高校各9名贫困生分别进行团体心理辅导,对比辅导前后两组团体成员自尊、抑郁、焦虑、孤独、羞怯量表的得分差异,并在辅导后进行自我主观评价、团体活动反馈和开放性团体效果的评估。结果两组团体成员辅导后各量表平均分均低于辅导前,除某高校团体成员羞怯量表前后测差异不显著外,其余量表前后测差异均达到显著或极显著。所有成员都认为自己在理解别人、乐于交友、有责任感方面进步最大;团体内容有益有价值;学会了正确认识并应对贫困。结论针对性强、团体气氛好的团体心理辅导对于促进高校贫困生心理健康具有实效性和普适性。
Objective This paper aims to improve the mental health of impoverished college students by group counseling. Methods Two groups composed individually of 9 impoverished college students from two different type Universities received the group counseling. Results This study finds out that after the group counseling, the average scores of The self--Esteem Scale, Self--Rating Depression Scale, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, UCLA Loneliness Scale and Shyness Scale all decreased. The total scores bad a significant difference between pre- and post-tests of the 5 scales except one group's average score of Shyness Scale. The results of The Self Subjective Evaluation Questionnaire show that all the group members made a great progress with under-standing others, enjoying making friends and having sense of responsibility; the results of The Feedback of Group Counseling Questionnaire suppose that they thought the content of the group counseling was good and valuable; the results of The Open Group Counseling Effect Assessment Questionnaire indicate that they also thought they had learned how to understand and handle poverty properly. Conclusion The well-aimed group counseling that has good atmosphere is generally applicable to improving the mental health of impoverished college students and also has a practical effect on it.
