摘要
目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法对60例老年精神分裂症的住院患者随机分为两组,分别用阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症患者的临床疗效差异无显著性。两组不良反应阿立哌唑组少而轻。结论阿立哌唑治疗老年精神分裂症疗效好,不良反应少。
Objective To compare the eficacy and safety between aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of senile schizophrenia. Methods 60 senile schizophrenias were randonfly divided into two groups. They received aripiprazole and fisperidone respectively for 8 weeks. The efficacies and side elects were assessed by positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS）, treatment emengent symptom scale（TESS）. Results The efieacies of both aripiprazole and rispefidone to treat senile schizophrenias were similar, A had less effects than risperidone. Condusion Aripiprazole is all elective and safe drug in the treatment of senile schimpbrenias. Its side efects were fewer.
