摘要
以接枝共聚物壳聚糖季铵盐(PCD)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)为原料,制备了一种新型复合絮凝剂PC-DAC,并用于印染废水的絮凝脱色;考察了PCDAC的配比、用量、pH值对絮凝及脱色性能的影响。结果表明,PCD与PAC复合能促进絮凝脱色,使浊度去除和脱色效果统一。在pH值6、PCDAC投药量200mg/L条件下,浊度去除率和脱色率最高分别可达98.2%和96.1%。
A new type of composite flocculants PCDAC using cross-linked quaternary ammoniums salt of chitosan ( PCD ) and poly-aluminium chloride ( PAC ) as raw materials was synthesized,and applied to wastewater's flocculation and decolorization. The effects of different compounding ratio, dosage, pH value on the properties of flocculation and decolorization were researched. The results showed that the composite flocculant was able to promote respective flocculation and decolorization performance each other, make turbidity removal and decolorization to be united. Under the optimal conditions of pH value 6,200 mg/L for PCDAC, the ratio of turbidity removal and decolorization reached 98.2% and 96.1% respectively.
