Testing principle of high volume cotton testing instrument and analysis of its testing indexes

阐述了棉纤维大容量检测仪器的测试原理和特点,并分析了与纱线质量相关的测试指标。仪器测试速度快,取样量大,指标多,结果重现性好,其测试指标与传统指标有很大的相关性,但因原理不同,没有确切的换算关系。

In this paper are detailed the testing principle and the properties of the high volume cotton testing instrument and analyzed its testing indexes that affect the yarn quality. The testing instrument is fast in testing with high volume of sample and gives many testing indexes and is of good repeatability. The testing indexes are more related with traditional indexes, but could not be calculated by a certain equation due to the different testing principle.
