竹浆纤维色织布的设计与生产

Design and production of yarn-dyed woven fabric of bamboo fiber

竹浆纤维面料具有良好的服用性能,但其生产有一定的难度。文章以竹纤色织方格布为例,重点介绍其产品的工艺设计及纱线漂染、织造生产、后整理等各主要工序的生产工艺与技术措施,认为纱线上浆采用增强为主、减磨为辅原则,织造采用小张力、中开口、低后梁配置,染色宜采用低张力或松式,后整理可采用酶退浆、两次预缩工艺,以保证产品尺寸稳定。

Bamboo fiber fabric is of good clothing performance but difficult in production. In this article, the design of processing technique as well as processing and technical measures in the main processes of yarn bleaching ＆ dying and fabric weaving and finishing have been introduced. It holds that the yarn should be strengthened in sizing and the fabric has to be woven by use of weaking tension, middle shedding and lower back beam setting, and dyed in a relax way of low tension and after finished by use of enzyme desizing and two times of pre - shrinking to guarantee the dimension stability.
