摘要 结合甲壳素纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和棉纤维的特性,介绍了这三种纤维混纺纱的生产工艺。牛奶蛋白纤维生产前必须经过预处理,以提高其可纺性。粗纱、细纱捻系数应偏大控制,各工艺车速偏低控制。并、粗、细车间相对湿度应偏大控制。采用开发出的纱线加工的针织面料外观华贵,穿着舒适,有良好的抗菌保健作用,特别适合制作高档内衣。 Three processing technologies in producing chitin fiber, milk protein fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn are introduced based on the characters of the above fibers. Milk protein fiber must be pre - treated before spinning in order to improve its spinnability. During spinning, the coefficient of twist for roving and spinning and relative humidity in drawing, roving and spinning rooms should be higher, and speed should be lower. The knitted fabric made by this yarn shows flowery in appearance and good in wearing comfort with good antibacterial and health protection function. This fabric is especially for top grade underwear.
