摘要
着重介绍了IGCT大功率三电平变频器在煤矿主井提升调速系统中的应用,分析了提升机电控系统中运用IGCT三电平逆变器的工作原理。IGCT变频器可以做到大功率、高电压,使提升机电控系统可靠性更高,输入、输出的功率因数为1,减少了电网的谐波污染,使提升效率明显高于同类型设备,能耗大幅度下降。
The application of the high-power three-level converter in the mine master hoister was mainly introduced, and the principle of IGCT innverter was analyzed. The three-level converter of hoisting system can achieve high power and high voltage by using IGCT module, realize output and input power factor to 1, reduce harmonious on the grid. As a result, the IGCT converter has higher efficiency and lower energy-loss than same type equipments.
