文中分析了涂料印花调色存在的问题及其影响因素,根据实践经验提出了具体措施,通过改变观念、加强调色培训,认真打样仿色、提高翻单复样的准确率以及采用计算机调色、重视调色基础管理等方法提高印花调色质量,为企业印花生产高质量、快交货提供参考。

This paper analyzes the color matching problems and their influencing factors in the process of pigment printing,and presents the concrete countermeasures including changing notions,strengthening the color matching training,paying much attention to sampling and color matching and improving the accuracy rate of duplication. It can be seen that the color matching quality can be effectively improved through application of computer and strengthened management of color matching basis. This paper can serve as areference for printing enterprises to improve their production quality and accelerate delivery .
