摘要 以四川乐山钾长石矿为原料,采用正交实验法研究了酸浸反应温度、硫酸浓度和实验时间对除铁效果的影响,得出最优实验条件为:酸浸温度90℃,酸体积分数为40%,反应时间为2h,并对实验结果进行了分析;对酸浸除铁后粉末进行浮选除铁,得出最佳浮选助剂为油酸钠,矿石粉末为200目。 Potash feldspar is one kind of important basic material in glass, ceramic and electronic industry. The content of Fe203 in potash feldspar is an important index to judge quality. The condition of removing iron from potash feldspar of Leshun (Sichuan), such as acid-Leaching reaction temperature, sulfuric acid concentration and experimental time were studied by orthogonal experiments. The best optimal conditions were that acid-leaching reaction temperature was 90 ℃, sulfuric acid concentration was 40%,experimental time was 2 hours. Flotation experiments were made with powders of potash feldspar after acid-leaching. The optimal flotation surfactant was selected as sodium oleate, mesh number of powders is 200.
