摘要
介绍了铁炭微电解法处理镀锌废水的基本原理及工艺条件,该技术的关键是pH值的控制。铁炭微电解法基建和运行费用低,基本不加或加少量化学药剂(如酸碱),所用填料主要是工业废铁屑,来源广,价格低廉,耗能小,污泥量少,可以实现以废治废,处理后的水中铬(Ⅵ)浓度为0.05mg/L,远低于国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)第一类污染物最高允许排放浓度。
The paper introduced principle and the technological conditions of the scrap-iron an active carbon electrolytic processing galvanization wastewater. This technology key is control ofpH value. Iron-electrolysis infrastructure and operating costs was low. Mainly used industry scrap debris was the source broad,low-cost,energy-consuming small,less sludge. The water treatment chromium ( VI )concentration was 0.05 mg / L,far lower than the first category the maximum allowable emissions standards of pollutants (GB 8978-1996 ).
