摘要
边缘检测在数字图像处理中有着重要的作用。系统分析目前具有代表性的边缘检测方法,并用IDL6.3软件实现各种算法。实验结果表明,各种方法均有各自的优缺点和适用条件,在做图像边缘检测之前,应对图像进行分析,针对图像的特点和应用需求选用合适的方法。
Edge detection plays an important role in digital image processing. This paper comprehensively analyze the representative methods of edge detection at present,and realizes each algorithm with the IDL6.3 software. Results indicate that each method has some advantages and limitations. It should be carefully selected according to the characteristics of the image as well as application needs before conducting edge detection.
