摘要
对二步法合成乙二醇(EG)过程的碳酸乙烯酯(EC)催化水解反应进行了研究,考察了水/EC摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂用量(以EC质量计)和反应压力对反应的影响,确定了EC催化水解反应的较佳工艺条件:反应温度160~180℃,水/EC摩尔比2.0~4.0,催化剂质量分数约2.0%,反应压力范围3.0~4.0MPa。在以上工艺条件下,原料含有EG时(EG/EC摩尔比0.5~1.0),反应2h,EC也可完全水解,EG选择性高于98%。
Catalytic hydrolyzation of ethylene carbonate (EC) with NY-2 catalyst was studied, which was the second step of the two-step process for ethylene glycol (EG). The optimal conditions were as follows: temperature 160- 180℃, mole ratio of H2O to EC 2.0-4.0, NY-2 catalyst mass fraction about 2.0%, reaction pressure 3.0-4.0 MPa. Under the above conditions, when there was EG (EG/EC molar ratio 0.5-1.0) in the raw material, conversion of EC and selectivity to EG can still reach 100% and above 98%, respectively.
