摘要 通过对平衡计分卡(BSC)和关键业绩指标(KPI)的基本原理、区别与联系等的分析,建立了基于平衡计分卡的关键业绩指标体系(BSC-KPI),并尝试运用于设计型企业创业初期的绩效管理中。进一步阐明了以财务指标为导向,综合考虑客户、流程和学习创新等方面因素并结合企业实际的BSC-KPI绩效管理方案,对推动设计院创业初期业务转型的巨大作用,指出BSC-KPI绩效管理方案应根据市场及业务发展作不断调整完善,以及利用该管理原理有效整合现有资源,建立适应项目发展的品牌战略、管理体系和企业文化的重要性。 Through analyzing the basal principle, difference and connection of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), this paper, constructs the system of BSC-KPI and tries to use this system in the performance management at the undertakings initial stage of the design type enterprises. Further, it illustrates that the management method of BSC-KPI,which has the financial index as it's guiding, synthetically considers the factors of the customer, technological process, innovation, and takes the actuality of the enterprises into account, has a great role on the business transition at the initial stage of the design enterprises. Furthermore, it points out that, according to the markets and the development of the business, the management method of BSC-KPI should be adjusted to perfect, and realizes the importance of making use of the administration principle to integrate the present resource, construct brand strategy, administration system and corporate culture which will adapt to the development of the project.
