The paper introduces the concept of streaming media technology and then presents a simple and practical method to produce streaming media files. Through this method, teachers can design the PowerPoint presentation files accompanied with the explanation audio and the rehearse timing according to their ideas of teaching, and then convert the PPT files into streamed media files and deliver them via the Internet, in order to help improve the teaching quality of the course and meet the requirements of building the excellent course.
