白肋烟品种资源的聚类分析

Cluster analysis of burley tobacco germplasm

为充分了解白肋烟种质资源之间的相似性,根据19个性状数据应用聚类分析软件NTSYS2.10e对来自国内外的149个白肋烟品种资源进行系统的聚类分析。结果表明,在相异系数为0.0375处所有白肋烟品种资源可分为6个大类群及2个小亚群:品种类群I(内含25个品种),品种类群II(内含22个品种),品种类群III(内含23个品种),品种类群IV(内含2个品种亚群,18个品种),品种类群V(内含24个品种),品种类群VI(内含37个品种)。所有白肋烟品种资源总的相异系数在0.01～0.53之间,表明各白肋烟品种资源之间存在着一定的差异。

In order to understand the similarity among burley tobacco germplasm, 149 burley tobacco cuhivars from China and abroad were systematically clustered by cluster software NTSYS 2.10e based on data of 19 traits. Results showed that all burley tobacco cultivars can be clustered into 6 large cuhivar groups and 2 small cultivar subgroups at dissimilitude coefficient of 0.0375. Group I to group VI included 25,22,23,18,24, and 37 cuhivars, respectively. Total coefficient of all burley tobacco cultivars ranged from 0.01 to 0.53, indicating that there existed some differences among various germplasm.
