不同厂家银翘解毒颗粒中绿原酸含量分析

Content Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Yinqiao Jiedu Keli(Granule of Lonicera and Forsythia)Produced by Different Pharmaceutical Factories

针对市面上同名不同厂生产的银翘解毒颗粒,以处方中主药金银花的主要成分绿原酸为检测标准,利用金银花在330 nm处具有最大的吸光度的特点,用双光束紫外可见分光光度计,测定了不同厂家产品中绿原酸的含量,并以此评价各厂银翘解毒颗粒的质量。

Taking advantage of the honeysuckle＇s characteristic of maximum absorbency in 330nm,its principal composition chlorogenic acid as the test standard, we determined the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Jiedu Keli （Granule of Lonicera and Forsythia） produced by different pharmaceutical factories to evaluate the quality with double-beam UV-Vis Spectrophotometer.
