科技人才对宁夏经济发展的引领作用分析

On the Leading Role of in Ningxia′s Economic Development Leading Role in Economic Development Analysis

科技人才对宁夏经济和社会发展引领的作用日益显现,但是宁夏目前科技人才开发中仍然存在着一些问题,对宁夏经济持续、快速发展有着明显的负面影响。通过科技人才对宁夏经济发展引领作用所做问题分析的基础上,找出了目前宁夏科技人才开发中存在的问题,提出了加大宁夏地区科技人才开发的对策,借以加速宁夏经济、社会发展。

Technology professionals have been playing a leading role in the economic and social development of Ningxia, but some problems still exist in the current science and technology talent development in Ningxia, which has a great impact on the Economic sustained and rapid development. On the basis of the analysis of the leading role played by scientific and technological talents in Ningxia＇s economic development, some problems in talents＇ development are discussed, and some strategies are put forward to speed up the economic development of Ningxia.
