摘要
加强大学生科研训练和培养学生的创新能力是现代教育的本质功能。通过阐述加强大学生科研训练与创新能力的培养的重要性和必然性,对构建大学生科研训练体系,培养大学生创新能力的有效途径作了初步探索。最后,对加强大学生科研训练,培养学生创新能力的制度环境建设进行了研究。
In modem times, the university＇s essence function is to strengthen the students＇scientific research training and bring up their innovative abilities. Through introducing the importance, we discuss the implementing method of how to strengthen the students＇scientific research training and bring up their innovative abilities. In the end, we explain the condition and systems to strengthen the students＇scientific research training and develop their innovative abilities.
