现代大学的治理与其结构的重建

高等教育的迅速发展,使各高校必须不断深化高校内部管理体制改革。本文通过对我国大学目前的内部治理结构与外部治理结构及其子关系的理解,认识我国高校在治理问题中,应该首先建立协调的行政权力与学术权力关系,行政权力与学术权力的协调才是重构高校治理结构的关键。

With the rapid development of higher education, universities and colleges must continue to reform the management system. On the basis of understanding and awareness of governance issues in China＇s colleges and universities, it is realized that coordination of administrative power and power relations of academic, administrative and academic power should be establish first and it is the key to the reconstruction of the governance structure in universities.
