摘要
通过对原膨润土进行钠化以及有机改性后制取改性膨润土,并对改性膨润土吸附含甲苯废水的情况进行试验研究。结果表明:过200目筛分的原膨润土经钠化之后,选用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对钠化土进行阳离子改性,M改/M膨=50%,然后加入适量的水在60℃恒温水浴振荡器中振荡60 min,改性膨润土处理含甲苯废水的效果最好,可达到89.4%的去除率。
On the basis of the original of sodium bentonite, as well as a modified system from organic modified bentonite, pilot studies have been conducted on modified bentonite adsorption wastewater containing toluene. The results show that: after a 200 mesh screen by the original sodium bentonite and after the selection of cetyhrimethy lammonium bro mide and sodium on the soil cation modified, M diverted/M expandable = 50%, and then add the appropriate amount of water into 60 ℃ constant temperature water bath oscillator in the oscillation for 60 minutes, the best result of containing modified bentonite processing toluene wastewater can be achieved at 89.4% removal rate.
