摘要
本文介绍了国务院环境保护主管部门进口放射源的审批程序,对国务院环境保护主管部门全面接管放射源安全监管工作后最初两年的放射源进口情况进行了分析和总结。根据2006年～2007两年放射源进口审批的情况和管理现状提出了目前进口管理中存在的问题和难点,并提出了几点建议。
The approval process on the import of radioactive sources established by Ministry of Environmental Protection was introduced. The status on the import of radioactive sources for the first two years is analyzed and summarized after the Ministry of Environmental Protection took over full control on the supervision of radioactive sources. Based on the 2006 - 2007 two - year approval of the radioactive source import and the status quo of the management, problems and difficulties of the current import management were introduced and several suggestions were put forward.
