Heavy Metal Content of Stropharia rugoso-annulata Fruit Bodies and Different Growth Substrates Before Cultivation and After the First Mushroom Flush

摘要 测定了稻草、谷壳、亚麻屑三种栽培料及其栽培的大球盖菇(Stropharia rugoso-annulata)子实体中三种重金属(铅Pb、镉Cd、砷As)的含量,并比较了栽培前和第一潮菇出菇后栽培料中重金属含量的变化。试验结果表明,谷壳栽培的大球盖菇子实体中的有害重金属Pb、Cd、As含量均低于《食用菌卫生标准》和《绿色食品标准——食用菌》中规定的限值,因此,谷壳是适宜大球盖菇栽培的栽培料。 Pb, Cd and As levels were determined in straw, rice chaff and flax residue before use as a growth substrate for Stropharia rugoso-annulata cultivation, after harvest of the first mushroom flush, and in the mushroom fruit bodies. The Pb, Cd and As contents of S. rugoso-annulata fruit bodies cultivated on rice chaff were all within the maximum limit allowed by the Hygienic Standards for Edible Fungi and the Green Food Standard (Edible Fungi). Therefore, rice chaff is a suitable substrate for S. rugoso-annulata cultivation.
