低年级医学生性健康知识调查及其影响因素分析

Investigation on the Knowledge of Sexual Health and Its Influential Factors Among Medical College Freshmen Problems in Sex Education for Medical Students and their Solutions

目的了解低年级医学生性生理、心理知识状况及性观念,以探讨大学生在综合素质培养过程中性教育的实效性。方法对某医学院校778名各专业本科大一学生进行随机问卷调查。结果医学院低年级学生存在明显的性生理知识匮乏,性认识和观念上存在很大误区。对婚前、婚外性行为持赞成态度者男生高于女生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论低年级医学生性健康知识不容乐观,应积极开展大学生性教育。

Objective, To learn the influnce of sex education on college students＇ sexual health,so as to explore the substantial restang of sex education in the process of developing college students＇ general quality. Method Astochastic questionnaite survey was conducted on 797 freshmen in a medical college, and the records were analysed. Results Students are obviously lack of knowledge of sexual physiology, and they are biased on knowledge of sexal mentality; There are much mis-understanding on students＇understanding and ideas about sex. the boys with the approval of pre-marital sex and extramarital sex is more than the girls, the difference was statistically significant（p〈0. 01）. Conclusion It is not optimistic that the freshman medical majors have poor knowledge of sexual health, the sex education should he pay more attention to.
