摘要
目的探讨体育锻炼行为与心理健康的内在联系,为提高心理健康水平提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查法对508名中等职业学校学生(以下简称"中职生")进行测试,数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析。结果中职生在SCL-90上的得分均低于全国常模(p<0.01),心理问题检出率居前3位者的依次为强迫症、人际敏感、敌对。参加锻炼组的心理健康水平高于不参加体育锻炼组(F=14.942,p<0.01)。参加体育锻炼组SCL-90得分高于不参加体育锻炼组(p<0.05或p<0.01)。锻炼强度、自评心理健康与SCL-90多个因子相关(p<0.05或p<0.01)。结论参加锻炼有利于心理健康,锻炼强度与心理健康相关。
Objective To discuss the internal relations of the physical training behavior and mental health and to provide the reference of improving mental health. Method 508 students of the secondary vocational school in the health were tested by the questionnaire, the data was analysed with SPSS 13.0. Results The scores in the SCL-90 were lower than the national norm (p〈0.01), and the top three psychological problems was the obsessive-compulsive disorder, the interpersonal sensitivity and the hostilities. The level of the mental health of the exercise groups was higher than the groups which did not participate in physical training (F= 14. 942, p〈0.01). Exercise intensity, mental health were related to many factors of SCL-90 (p〈0.05 or p〈0.01). Conclusion Participating in the exercise is conducive to mental health, and the training strength and mental health related.
