摘要 [目的]探讨路径教育模式对原发性肝癌手术病人健康教育效果的影响。[方法]130例原发性肝癌手术切除病人随机分为常规组58例和路径组72例,常规组病人采用常规护理及健康教育,路径组病人采用临床护理路径实施护理及健康教育。比较两组病人健康教育知识认知度、护理质量满意度和并发症发生情况等。[结果]路径组病人健康教育知识认知情况、护理质量满意度均优于常规组,并发症发生率较常规组少。[结论]运用路径教育模式对肝癌手术病人实施健康教育效果明显。 Objective:To probe into the influence of pathway education mode on health educational effect of patients with primary liver cancer undergoing operation. Methods: A total of 130 primary hepatic carcinoma patients undergoing carcinectomy were randomly divided into routine group (58 cases) and pathway group (72 cases). Patients of routine group were given nursing and health education as in routine. Patients of pathway group were carried out nursing and health education by adopting clinical nursing pathway. Then the cognition degree toward health education knowledge, satisfaction degree on nursing quality and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared with each other. Results: The cognition degree toward health education knowledge and satisfaction degree of nursing quality of pathway group patients were better than that of routine group cases. The incidence of complications in pathway group patients was less than that of routine group cases. Conclusion: The effect of adopting pathway education mode to carry out health education for hepatic carcinoma patients undergoing operation is significant.
