摘要
以磷钨酸/硅胶为催化剂,丁酮与1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮。研究了丁酮与1,2-丙二醇量比、催化剂用量及反应时间等反应条件对收率的影响。结果表明,在n(丁酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.4,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的0.75%,反应时间为75min的条件下,丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达70.4%。
Butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was synthesized using butanone and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of phosphotungstic acid/silica prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of operation parameters such as molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol,the dosage of catalyst and reaction time on the yield were investigated. The result showed that molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol was 1:1.4,the mass ratio of the catalyst was 0.75%, and the reaction time was 75 min, the yield of butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was 70.4%.
