摘要
建立了一种采用高效液相色谱法测定莠灭净的定量分析方法,选用甲醇+水作流动相,RP-18色谱柱,检测波长为254nm。本方法的回收率在98.6%～101.2%,标准偏差0.112,变异系数1.08%。该方法准确、精密,适用于莠灭净的定量分析。
The chromatographic column was packed with RP-18, and using the methanol and water as mobile phase, the Ametryn was determined by HPLC. The detecion wave length was at 254 rim, the standard deviation was 0.112, the variation coefficients was 1.08 %, and the recovery was between 98.6%- 101.2 % .The method can be used for conventional analysis and quality control research,being repid and simple to conduct with good accuracy and reliability.
