摘要
水泥颗粒形状特征对混凝土稳定性、强度和持久性有重要影响。提出利用背景去除、广义结构元和扩展形态学滤波等数字图像处理方法对水泥微粒的数字显微图像进行分析,新的方法能快速分析水泥颗粒的形状和粒径的分布,与激光分析方法的一致性好,并且能比传统方法提供更多的微粒形状信息。
The particle shape characteristics of the cement used can significantly affect the stability, strength, and durability of the concrete produced. Digital image processing techniques which include background wiping, generalized structuring elements and expanded morphological filtering are used to analyze the digital microscopic image of ce- ment. The novel method can analyze the particle shape and size distribution fast. The strong correlation between the proposed method and laser analyzer is achieved, and it yields more information about the particle shape than the traditional method.
